Job Descriptions
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for monthly employees, from posting job openings to onboarding. 2. Monitor and evaluate employee performance during probation periods to ensure compliance with company standards. 3. Develop and update job descriptions for various roles to ensure accuracy and clarity. 4. Coordinate on-the-job training programs to enhance skills and support new employees. 5. Maintain and organize employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years in recruitment, preferably within FMCG manufacturing.
  3. Good command of English.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressure.
