Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการให้สอดคล้องกับงบทีมี 2.จัดทำและปรับปรุงรายงานต้นทุน รายงานทุกสัปดาห์ 3.ติดตามภาระผูกพัน ใบแจ้งหนี้ และค่าใช้จ่ายจริง เทียบกับงบประมาณ 4.ทำงานร่วมกับทีมโครงการเพื่อตรวจสอบและยืนยันต้นทุนที่ประมาณการไว้ 5.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและจัดเก็บเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบสั่งจ้าง สัญญจ้างผู้รับเหมา สัญญาเช่า สัญญาซื้อขาย เป็นต้น 6.จัดทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายเงินสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการ 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เช่น ผู้รับเหมา ซัพพลายเออร์ หรือหน่วยงานราชการ 8.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านธุรการ การควบคุมต้นทุน หรือธุรการโครงการ
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม MIS-Office และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน และการสื่อสารที่ดี
  6. มีความอดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
