Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมกระบวนการฆ่าเชื้อผลิตภัณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการฆ่าเชื้อให้ถูกต้องตามกระบวนการ และ ควบคุมวิกฤติการฆ่าเชื้อ
- ลงบันทึกข้อมูลการฆ่าเชื้อ และวิเคราะห์สถานะการณ์ในช่วงเวลาต่างๆ และรายงานผล
- ตรวจสอบดูแลอุปกรณ์ในการฆ่าเชื้อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี คณะ/สาขา เทคโนโลยีและการจัดการความปลอดภัยของอาหาร
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการฆ่าเชื้ออาหารในภาชนะบรรจุปิดสนิท
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความอดทน รับผิดชอบงานเป็นอย่างดี
