EduSmith, a key member of LEARN ecosystem, is a study-abroad consultancy staffed by advisors and teachers who have graduated from leading universities in the United States and United Kingdom. We deliver test-preparation courses and personalized guidance for students seeking admission to boarding schools, undergraduate programs, and graduate degrees overseas. Strategic Meeting Support – Assist Strategic Advisors (SAs) in coordinating and attending quarterly strategy meetings (1 hr) and monthly catch-up sessions (30 mins) with students and parents. 2. Academic & Admissions Tracking – Help monitor each student’s academic standing, test prep schedule, and extracurricular progress to ensure alignment with their admissions goals. 3. Opportunity Research – Identify and recommend relevant competitions, extracurriculars, and profile-building opportunities tailored to each student’s interests and target universities. 4. Homework Monitoring & Guidance – Track student homework progress and provide support, tools, or resources to help them complete assignments effectively. 5. Timely Communications – Manage reminders for important deadlines, events, and document submissions to keep students on track. 6. Documentation & Admin Support – Maintain accurate student records and provide administrative support for appointments, student engagement, and overall program logistics. 7. Ongoing Student Engagement – Act as a key point of contact via Line groups, responding to student queries and supporting SAs between meetings. 8. Essay Review Coordination – Support the Essay Review Program by organizing drafts, timelines, and feedback sessions as needed. 9. Smooth Program Transition – Coordinate with SAs to ensure students transition smoothly into the university application counseling phase.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  2. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with university admissions processes and success factors in the US, UK, Canada, and other major study destinations.
  4. Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a student-focused mindset.
  6. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with trends in international education and admissions.
