1. รับผิดชอบการจัดการและการดำเนินงานของร้านถ่ายภาพพรีเวดดิ้งให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
2. ตั้งเป้าหมายการขายและดูแลทีมงานให้สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายได้ พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำและการสนับสนุนเมื่อจำเป็น
3. ดูแลการดำเนินงานของบริการภายในร้านและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นทันที
4. บริหารจัดการพนักงานและสินค้าคงคลังของร้าน
5. ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการลูกค้า, แก้ไขข้อร้องเรียน และรักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าให้อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด
6.วางแผนและดำเนินการกิจกรรมการตลาดเพื่อเพิ่มการมองเห็นของแบรนด์ให้เป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้นและส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาด
7. ประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายและพันธมิตร เพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือที่ดี

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a leader of the team
- Experience in the Wedding Industry: A strong background in the wedding industry, particularly in wedding photography or related fields, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling photo sessions, coordinating with clients, overseeing post-production workflows, and managing inventory of photography equipment.
- The ability to handle unexpected situations, such as last-minute client requests, equipment issues, or conflicts.
- Experience in sales and marketing, including developing promotional strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating marketing materials to attract new clients.
- The ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure that every aspect of the studio’s operations runs smoothly, from the quality of the photography to the presentation of the studio itself.
- Fluent in Chinese and English Language

- สูง 160 ซม. ขึ้นไป, มีท่าทางเรียบร้อย, ใส่ใจในความสะอาด, สุภาพ และมีระเบียบ
- มีความสามารถในการให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความกดดันสูงได้ดี
