Job Descriptions
1) จัดเตรียมเอกสาร Invoice , Packing list, AWB ในการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศเพื่อนำวัตถุดิบเข้ามาใช้ในการผลิต / จัดทำเอกสาร Invoice , Packing list, AWB เพื่อการส่งออกสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า 2) ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Shipping, Forwarder หรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อดำเนินการการพิธีการศุลกากรในการนำเข้า และส่งออก / การเคลียร์สินค้าและจัดส่ง 3) ปฏิบัติงาน,ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร หรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องทาง E-mail,โทรศัพท์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย / ดูแลและสนับสนุนการดำเนินการนำเข้า-ส่งออก 4) ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจัดส่งสินค้านำเข้า (ใบแจ้งหนี้, รายการบรรจุภัณฑ์, ใบตราส่งสินค้า, ใบตราส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ, แบบฟอร์ม FTA, ใบอนุญาตนำเข้า) / ตรวจสอบกำหนดการและติดตามการจัดส่ง 5) ติดต่อประสานงานกับทาง ลูกค้า เพื่อจัดเตรียมและจัดทำทำเอกสารต่างๆ 6) ตอบ Email กับทาง คู่ค้า ต่างประเทศ / ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์, ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับการสื่อสารได้ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถวิเคราะห์และวางแผนงานได้ดี
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถรับมือความกดดันได้ดี
  8. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
