Job Descriptions
1.ช่วยลูกค้าในการวางแผนและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล 2.ช่วยในการจัดการและพัฒนาบุคลากร รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการจ้างงาน การสรรหา การพัฒนาการทำงาน และการประเมินผล 3.ช่วยในการสร้างและรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมทำงานที่ดี รวมถึงการจัดการกับปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในที่ทำงาน 4.ออกแบบและพัฒนานโยบายและกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและมีประสิทธิภาพ 5.ช่วยในการให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานขององค์กรอยู่ในข้อกฎหมาย 6.วิเคราะห์และพัฒนาระบบการเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสม 7.สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างบุคลากรและองค์กร รวมถึงการจัดการความสื่อสารภายในและภายนอก 8. ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลในองค์กร
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล จิตวิทยา หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. เพศหญิง หรือ เพศชาย อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR Consultant, HRBP หรือ HR Strategy อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  4. เข้าใจระบบ HRM/HRD อย่างรอบด้าน
  5. สื่อสารและให้คำปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้ดี
  6. *หากเคยทำงานที่ปรึกษาองค์กรจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ*
