Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลและจัดการฐานข้อมูลบัญชี:
- ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตข้อมูลบัญชี
- บันทึกและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
2. บริหารจัดการรายได้ทั้งเงินสด แพลตฟอร์มเดลิเวอรี่ หรือการสแกนจ่าย:
- รับและตรวจสอบเงินสดจากสาขา
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดรายได้จากแพลตฟอร์มเดลิเวอรี่ เช่น Grab, Lineman, E-Get ฯลฯ
- ตรวจสอบรายการรับเงินผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินแบบดิจิทัล เช่น QR Code e-Wallet หรือ Wechat
- จัดทำรายงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีลูกหนี้
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารได้ดี
