Job Description: •Working with mother company in China for project transfer. •Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects with global customers from conception to completion. •Manage the design, fabrication, and maintenance of jig. •Follow to new model development or modifications products to customer specifications. Includes documenting and reporting related. •Preparing work instructions (WI) and product standards for use in manufacturing processes and quality control processes. •Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. •Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. •Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. •Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed for project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineeringม, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Engineer, with at least 3 years in Leader.
Proficient in investment casting techniques and standards is preferred.
Strong knowledge and experience of New Model, jig design and robot programming.
Understanding of pouring processes and machining basic knowledge
Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems is required. APQP, PPAP 8. Basic proficiency in English comm
unication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD
Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving and analytical abilities skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
