負責生產流程的規劃、監控與優化，確保產品品質與生產效率。
Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
วางแผน ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
解決現場生產中出現的技術問題，並提供有效改善方案。
Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and provide effective solutions.
นำเสนอ และแก้ไขปัญหาในการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
配合新產品導入（NPI）及試產計畫，協調跨部門資源與時程。
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and pilot runs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
ประสานงานร่วมกับทีมงานและสนับการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
撰寫與更新作業標準書（SOP）與工程相關文件。
Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engineering documentation.
ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม
執行持續改善（CI）專案以提升生產效率與降低成本。
Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
มีภาวะผู้นำ บริหารจัดการงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
每週工作六天，週一至週六，上午8:00至下午5:00
Six days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- 性別：男 Male/女 Female
- 大專以上工科相關背景（如電子、機械、自動化等）。 Diploma or above in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, etc.). วุฒิการศึกษา อนุปริญญาหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (อิเล็กทรอนิกส์/เครื่องกล/เทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรม
- 具備3年以上製造業相關工作經驗，電子製造產業尤佳。 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics manufacturing. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี โดยเฉพาะด้านการผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- 能以中文進行基本溝通與協作。 Able to communicate effectively in Chinese. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
- 良好的問題解決能力與跨部門協作能力。 Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional coordination ability. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและประสานงานที่ดี
- 熟悉製造流程與基本品質管理工具者佳。 Familiarity with manufacturing processes and basic quality management tools is a plus. มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
