制定與執行品質管控計畫，確保製程穩定與產品品質一致性。 Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure process stability and product consistency. พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผน ควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 分析製程異常與客訴問題，提出改善對策並追蹤執行成效。 Analyze process anomalies and customer complaints, propose corrective actions, and follow up on results. วิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติของกระบวนการคุณภาพ รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า แก้ไข และดำเนินการติดตามผล 協助品質稽核與內部品質制度建置。 Support quality audits and internal quality system setup. ตรวจสอบและสนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบระบบคุณภาพ 撰寫品質文件、檢驗標準與報表。 Prepare quality documentation, inspection standards, and reports. ดำเนินการเอกสารตรวจสอบคุณภาพและรายงาน 與製造、生產工程等部門協作，推動品質改善專案。 Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to drive quality improvement projects. ร่วมมือกับทีมงาน ประสานงานการผลิตและวิศวกรรมเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 每週工作六天，週一至週六，上午8:00至下午5:00 Six days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

性別：男 Male/女 Female
大專以上工科背景（電子、機械、品質相關為佳）。 Diploma or above in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or Quality-related fields preferred). วุฒิการศึกษา อนุปริญญาหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์(จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคุณภาพ)
三年以上品質相關工作經驗，具電子製造業背景佳。 At least 3 years of QA experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry. ประสบการณ์ระบบคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 3 ปี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
熟悉品質工具（如 8D、5Why、FMEA、SPC 等）。 Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, etc. มีความรู้และทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพ เช่น 8D 5Why FMEA SPC เป็นต้น
中文溝通能力良好，能支援跨文化團隊協作。 Proficient in Chinese communication, able to work in cross-cultural teams. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานต่างประเทศได้
