Job Descriptions
- IT Helpdesk
- ดูแลรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้าน Hardware, Software, Inhouse Program, Printer และ Network ให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- Upgrade Software ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- ดูและระบบ Backup, Restore และตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูล
- ดูแลระบบงาน CCTV ของ
- ทำแผนการซ่อมและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
- จัดทำข้อมูล/อัพเดตเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินของระบบไอทีภายในโรงเรียน
- จัดทำข้อมูลการใช้งาน การส่งซ่อม หรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารงานทางด้าน IT
- ประสานงานและติดต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบไอที
Qualifications
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Computer Hardware, Software, Network สามารถวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหาได้
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้าน IT Helpdesk Support หรือ IT Support web
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้ในการทำงานได้ (หัวหน้าชาวต่างชาติ)
