Job Descriptions
1. Analyze quality issues using tools such as Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, or 5 Whys. 2. Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 3. Create and maintain QA documentation. 4. Support PPAP, APQP, and other customer-specific requirements. 5. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001. 6. Work closely with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. 7. Support improvement projects such as Kaizen and defect reduction initiatives. 8. Manage SoC (Prohibited Substances) in accordance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Metallurgical / Industrial /Mechanical Engineering) อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. At least 3 years’ Experience in automotive industry of QA Engineering or Equivalent
  3. Knowledge of QA tools, FMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.
  4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  5. Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  6. Familiar with IMDS and regulatory requirements for substances (e.g., SoC, ELV, RoHS, REACH) in the automotive industry.
  7. Good communication and coordination skills.
  8. Basic English skills for report writing and customer communication.
  9. English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) at an intermediate to good level.
  10. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other programs at an intermediate to good level.
  11. Creative and proactive.
  12. Detail-oriented and able to work smoothly with production teams, engineers, and other departments. Skilled in work prioritization.
  13. Able to adapt under pressure from both internal and external organizational factors.
  14. Willing to work on-site.
