1.วิเคราะห์และออกแบบการผลิต 2.คำนวนรอบการผลิตของแต่ละกระบวนการผลิต 3.ชี้แนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาของงานกลึง เพื่อให้ได้ตามการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิต 4.เข้าใจ Engineering Drawing 5.ประเมินความสามารถของเครื่องจักรว่าสามารใช้ผลิตงานได้หรือไม่ 6.เลือก Tool ที่ใช้ในการผลิตวัสดุชนิดต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. Age range 25-30 years old
  2. Bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  3. Capable in English communication Skill
  4. Good interpersonal skill
  5. Leadership
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  7. สามารถประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นได้อย่างราบรื่น
  8. 6P ( Possitive Thinking,Peachful mind , Patient , Punctual , Polite , Professional )
  9. G-CODE , M-CODE , MACRO MACHINE ,
  10. รอบรู้เรื่อง เทคโนโลยี เพื่อสนับสนุนและตอบรับ Industry 4.0
  11. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุและแก้ปัญหาที่ต้นเหตุได้
  12. 2 years up for Asst.Supervisor New graduate are welcom for Engineer
  13. สามารถเขียน Program Mastercam ได้จะพิจารณา
  14. ใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี Excel , E-mail , Sharepoint , Onedrive others
  15. สามารถเซตติ้งเครื่องจักรได้
  16. มีทักษะในการนำเสนอและไอเดียใหม่ๆในการ ผลิตงาน
  17. อ่าน Drawing ได้ , เขียน Cad ได้ , เข้าใจ Customer requirement
  18. มีทักษะในสารสื่อสารที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
  19. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป(สำหรับ Asst.supercisor)
  20. มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิต สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
