Key Responsibilities: •Achieve sales targets and report on market performance •Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their technical requirements •Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry •Build and maintain good relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners •Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities •Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients •Negotiate pricing and sales agreements to close deals •Manage order fulfillment, logistics, and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams

Qualifications

Male, age 35-45 years
Bachelor's degree, any field
At least 5 years of experience in sales (especially in government projects, wire rope, heavy machinery, oil & gas, power sectors, or telecom sectors)
Proven experience in technical sales and meeting sales target or a similar role
Able to manage and lead a sales team to meet company KPIS
Ability to work well under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, credibility, enthusiasm, diligence, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset
