Job Descriptions
1. ประกอบและบันทึกแม่พิมพ์โลหะตาม Design Drawing
2. ปรับแต่งชิ้นงานโดยใช้เครื่อง CNC,W/C,G/D
3. ทำการ Trial แม่พิมพ์ให้ได้ชิ้นงานตาม Spec ใน drawing
4. ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดของเครื่องจักรตลอดเวลา
5. รายงานปัญหาทีเกิดกับเครื่องจักร
6. กิจกรรม Kaizan, 6ส และอื่นๆ ตามนโบายบริษัท
7. งาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
8. ประเมินความเสี่ยง, จัดทำแผนกฉุกเฉิน
9. ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-32ปี เพศชาย
- มีประสบการณ์ ซ่อม-สร้างแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มโลหะ (Progressive) อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ใช้เครื่องจักรในการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ได้ เช่น เครื่องเจียร์ราบ, เครื่องกลึง, เครื่องมิลลิ่ง
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- สามารถเข้ากะได้
- มีทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมที่ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความคิดเชิงบวก
- สามารถอ่านแบบแม่พิมพ์ได้
