Job Descriptions

-Inspect and assure the quality of products and services to ensure product reliability and customer confidence. -Oversee product quality throughout the entire production process, from raw material receiving to final product manufacturing and export, ensuring compliance with quality standards. -Prepare and maintain quality documentation in alignment with quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, and others. -Analyze issues and defects related to products and raw materials. Coordinate with relevant departments when product-related issues arise. -Control inspection processes for glass and hard plastic, including analysis, quarantine, release procedures, and coordination with other departments in cases of breakage; review glass and hard plastic mapping plans. -Conduct annual training in collaboration with relevant departments to enhance employee knowledge. -Ensure that the production process, equipment installation, and services are controlled from raw material receiving through manufacturing to final product dispatch. -Supervise cleaning and maintenance of quality control tools and equipment. -Monitor and inspect non-conforming products to prevent unintentional use; handle disposal, regrading, reworking, and reinspection to avoid recurrence, based on customer complaint assessments. -Participate in investigation and root cause analysis of customer complaints, and develop corrective actions. -Plan and monitor annual mock product recall tests in collaboration with the marketing department. -Develop and follow up on annual crisis simulation and testing programs. -Inspect the receiving of raw materials and packaging materials such as boxes, bags, etc. -Monitor product shelf life and perform shelf-life testing. -Evaluate and enhance the performance of quality control staff at various checkpoints. -Supervise pest control measures, including placement and monitoring of traps by pest control personnel. -Monitor pest control results and analyze problems

Qualifications

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in Food Science or a related scientific field.
Having at least 3–5 years of work experience in food production quality control.

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
