หน้าที่ของช่างดูแลเครื่องจักร ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรตามรอบการบำรุงรักษา เปลี่ยนน้ำมันหล่อลื่น ทำความสะอาด และซ่อมแซมเบื้องต้น ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติของเครื่องจักร เช่น เสียงผิดปกติ ความร้อน หรือแรงดัน แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องจักร เปลี่ยนอะไหล่และซ่อมบำรุงเมื่อเกิดปัญหา ประสานงานกับทีมซ่อมบำรุงหากพบปัญหาที่เกินขอบเขต ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร ช่วยในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ ตั้งค่าโปรแกรมการทำงานของเครื่องจักร (ถ้ามี) ทดสอบการทำงานหลังติดตั้งหรือซ่อมแซม บันทึกและรายงานข้อมูลการทำงาน บันทึกประวัติการซ่อมบำรุงและการแก้ไขปัญหา รายงานปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขให้หัวหน้างาน เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงการดูแลเครื่องจักรให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
  2. ทัศนคิตดี เป็นคนใจเย็น มีทักษะการบริหารคน สามารถประเมินความเสี่ยงได้ตลอดเวลา
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  4. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างและอ่านแบบทางเทคนิคได้
  5. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  6. มีประสบการณ์ดูแลเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
