70% Recruitment (Office Staff)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers & post job ads
- Handle onboarding documents & orientation
30% HRBP Tasks
- Support employee experience & probation evaluation
- Lead onboarding until official employment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support succession planning for office roles
Qualifications
- All genders are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office & HR tools
