Product Innovation – Develop and enhance education-related products that meet evolving market needs; initiate new business ideas and product concepts for launch in target markets. 2. Market Opportunity Exploration – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand our reach and value offering. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to define product specifications, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive execution. 4. Client Relationship Management – Engage with agent and partner schools to understand their needs, support performance, and achieve shared sales targets. 5. Sales & Performance Analysis – Analyze product sales data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategies that enhance growth and customer satisfaction. 6. Consulting & Client Support – Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, answering inquiries, preparing proposals, and offering customized solutions. 7. Marketing Strategy Development – Support the planning and creation of marketing content and materials (e.g., social media posts, articles, brochures, presentations) that resonate with the target audience. 8. Campaign & Launch Execution – Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies tailored to each audience segment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in business development, innovation, product management, or consulting (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
Strong interest in education, student success, or study abroad programs.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
