Job Descriptions

- Provide support and troubleshoot application-related issues within the organization. - Analyze and diagnose software-related problems and coordinate with the development team for resolution. - Maintain and ensure system efficiency and reliability. - Train and guide users on application usage. - Prepare documentation and reports related to issues and their resolutions. - Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support.
Understanding of database systems (SQL, Oracle) and software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of business processes, such as accounting systems, financial systems, sales systems, procurement systems, production planning systems, and warehouse management systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
