Job Descriptions
1. รับข้อมูล เอกสาร จากทีมขาย เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนและประสานงานระหว่างพนักงานขาย ลูกค้า และหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้พนักงานขายสามารถปิดการขายได้สำเร็จลุล่วง 2. ติดต่อประสานงานรับข้อมูล รายละเอียดต่างๆ กับลูกค้า และแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.จัดเก็บเอกสาร และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่างๆ จากทีมขาย เพื่อจัดทำ Sales Performance Report by daily/ weekly/ monthly report และ Quarterly Report 4. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย จัดทำ Stock ของ พรีเมี่ยม และรายการเบิกใช้งาน" 5. ประสานงานและจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อลงนามคู่ค้า/ Outsource ตอบ inbox facebook 6. จัดเตรียม เบิกสินค้าตัวอย่างให้กับลูกค้า และสำหรับงานแสดงสินค้า ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง / ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านสนับสนุนการขายการตลาด (Sales Support Officer)เอกสารส่งออก บ้าง
  3. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง มีมนุษยสัพันธ์ดี มีจริยธรรมในการจัดซื้อ มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
  4. มีความกล้าแสดงออก กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น เด็ดขาด และควบคุอารมณ์ได้ดี
  5. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ชอบความท้าทาย สนุกกับการเรียนรู้ มีภาวะผู้นำ ความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจ ไหวพริบดี ขยัน อดทนมีความละเอียดรอบคอบมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมการวิเคราะห์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00 - 18.00 น.
