*ไฮไลท์ของงาน* -International Working environment -Free English courses & Trainings -5 working days a week ---- ----- ----- ----- ------ ----- ----- *EDUCATION INDUSTRY is a key to nation's development* You will lead Customer Service team to deliver ultimate customer satisfaction. To handle customers, students and parents enquiries (walk-in, on-line, off-line) for our English courses and Study Abroad services. You will be responsible for procedures of placement test, class enrollment, class opening, dealing with complaints, etc and coordinate with native teachers and other teams. You will also work closely with Sales team to follow up sales leads & inquiries plus other tasks assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  2. At least 2 years in Customer Services Management
  3. Experience in educational business is an advantage
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Hard working and patient
  6. Positive Attitude
  7. Comfortable with Sales support tasks
  8. Ability to take initiative & service minded
  9. Good leadership skills , Good team player
  10. Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  11. Multitasking skills with good Project Management skills
  12. Good command of spoken and written English
  13. Able to work on weekends (shift basis 5 days a week)
