Job Descriptions
- วางแผนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์พลาสติก
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและกำหนดรายละเอียดสำหรับการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ใหม่
- ออกแบบ Mold และ Electrode (Injection)
- เตรียม CAD สำหรับ CAM
- สร้าง Program Code
- ควบคุม Process Sheet
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Mold Drawing ก่อนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
- ทดลองการฉีด (Trail) แม่พิมพ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ก่อนผลิตจริง
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจากแม่พิมพ์และการฉีด
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมแม่พิมพ์ Tool & Die เครื่องกล อุตสาหการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านแม่พิมพ์พลาสติกในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (Automotive) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานด้าน CAM/CAE
- สามารถใช้งาน CNC Milling Operate
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม ZW3D Software
