Job Descriptions
1. Review Drawing. 2. Issued master schedule(APQP). 3. Open Meeting. 4. Follow trial event each until MP1. - Tooling schedule and follow status tooling transfer from japan. - Machine schedule and prepare check spec M/C. - Preparation raw material for trial. - Issued document trial request sheet. - Trial result Problem history review and analyze cause. - Trial result out put / Part weight / Runner weight / Cycle time record. 5. Issued document Inspection standard and control point check. 6. Make BOM (Bill of material) / Master Part List. 7. FMEA 8.CF jig prepare and Tooling prepare 9.Design packing std for new product / Label / Drob test 10.Training to operator of each process before Mass production. 11.Process monitoring and improvement. 12.Risk and Opportunities Management - Make part master approved send to QE T0 => T1 => T2 => T3 => T4 => SOP / Shokaku => Shisaku => PP 13.Effort to achieved company quality & environmental policy and objective & target 14.Risk and Opportunities Management 15.To perform work in conformance with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 for Environmental systems and quality systems and IAFT 16949 ,RoHs and 6 S Activities
Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. 28 - 37 years and above
  3. Bachelor degree in any field.
  4. At least 10 years experience in related job
  5. Have experience in manufactring factory same as company business.
  6. Knowledge in QC skill such as QC7 tool,SPC
  7. Good command in written and spoken English.
  8. Ability for work analysis,smart thinking,cooperation,team work.
  9. Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  10. Have certificate internal audit of ISO9001,ISO 14001
  11. Knowledge requirement and implementation for IAFT 16949
  12. knowledge of statistical approaching
  13. Skill of measuring equipment
  14. Understanding of AQL standard
