Job Descriptions
- ดำเนินการแก้ไขปํญหาเบื้องต้นที่เกิดจากการใช้งานของตู้บุญเติม พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
(Answer phone calls to resolve issues where customers have topped up but did not receive credit ,
Make outbound calls to assist customers with failed transactions.)
- ให้บริการตอบข้อซักถาม ให้คำปรึกษากับลูกค้าและร้านค้า เกี่ยวกับข้อมูของผลิตภัณฑ์โปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ
(Provide guidance on using Boonterm and Tao Bin top-up machines.)
- รับเรื่อง Feedback และข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนบริการ
-ประสานงานกับคนไทย ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 20-30 ปี (Male/Female, aged 20-30 years.)
- วฺฺุฒิการศึกษา ม.3 - ปริญญาตรี (Below Bachelor's degree in any field.)
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Proficient in using MS Office.)
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ อดทน (Passionate about customer service with a strong service mind.)
- สามารถพูด , อ่าน , เขียน ภาษาไทย และ ภาษาพม่า ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both Thai and Burmese.)
- เปิดรับผู้สมัครสัญชาติพม่า (Open to Myanmar nationality.)
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์,อาทิตย์ และ วันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- เวลาทำงาน 08.00-17.00 น. OT 17.00-20.00 น.(3ชม.)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการให้บริการลูกค้า , การขาย , ประสานงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีฐานเงินเดือน รวมรายได้อื่ีน ๆ เฉลี่ย 17,000 - 18,000 บาท/เดือน
