Job Descriptions
1. รับคำสั่งผู้บังคับบัญชาและมอบหมายงานให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ดูแลการผลิตในไลน์ฉีดและประกอบ 2. จัดสรรอัตรากำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับแผนผลิต แจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาในกรณีงานไมได้ตามแผน พร้อมวิธีการแก้ไขเบื้องต้น 3. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของชิ้นงานเบื้องต้น รวมถึงรายงานการผลิตในแต่ละวัน 4. รายงานความบกพร่องของชิ้นงานในระหว่างการผลิตกับหัวหน้างานหรือฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ 5. ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการผลิต 6. ทำการประสานงานระหว่าง QC และ PC เพื่อให้ได้แผนในแต่ละวัน 7. ควบคุมปริมาณของเสียให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์กำหนด 8. ฝึกสอนพนักงานใหม่ให้มีความรู้ความชำนาญและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท 9. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงานได้ดี 10. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงเท่านั้น อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้าโรงงานไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6/ ปวช./ปวส. สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Ms. office-word, Excel etc.
  5. สามารถเข้ากะได้ตามแผนของแผนกและตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  7. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. ชอบเรียนรู้ รักความก้าวหน้า ขยัน และอดทน
  9. มีความกะตือรือร้น, ซื่อสัตย์, ละเอียดรอบคอบ
