Job Descriptions
1.ทำเช็คสั่งจ่าย - เมื่อถึงรอบการทำเช็คจ่ายจะต้องรวบรวมเอกสารทุกบริษัทในเครือมาเช็คความถูกต้อง เพื่อจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายปะหน้าเอกสาร และทะเบียนคุมเช็ค เพื่อส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายตรวจสอบตรวจทานความถูกต้อง ก่อนทำเช็คสั่งจ่าย 2. บันทึกข้อมูลทางด้านรายจ่ายลงในระบบ บัญชี Express - รับเอกสารการจ่ายเช็ค - เงินสดย่อย ทั้งในส่วนของออฟฟิศ และในส่วนหน้างานจากฝ่ายการเงิน เพื่อนำมาบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบ Express และระบบ Living OS ออกหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่ายสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายและนำส่งยื่นภาษีต่อไป 3. และอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน - ช่วยติดต่อประสานงาน หน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อสอบถาม และตามเอกสารเพื่อประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี และช่วยบันทึกรายจ่ายต่างๆ - ช่วยเก็บเอกสารรายรับ - รายจ่าย และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับบัญชี - ติดต่อการไฟฟ้าเพื่อติดตามยอดเงินที่จ่ายเกิในเดือนที่รัฐบาลมีการลดค่าไฟฟ้า
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
  2. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  3. เคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีมาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  4. อายุ 25-30 ปี
  5. เคยใช้โปรแกรม Express
