Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและกำหนดความต้องการของวัสดุและสินค้าที่ต้องการ 2.การรับเข้าและการจัดเก็บวัสดุและสินค้าการควบคุมและการตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า 3.การปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Material & Stock Control เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการวัสดุและสินค้า โดยอาจใช้เครื่องมือและเทคนิคการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า 4.ประสานงานกับแผนก/ฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ภายในบริษัทฯ เพื่อการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและควบคุมสต็อกสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5.ประสานงานกับทีมคลังสินค้าในการตรวจสอบระบบการจัดเก็บสินค้า รวมถึงการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความสมบูรณ์ของสินค้าในคลังและรายงานผลการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้ทางผู้บริหาร 6.การบันทึกและการตรวจสอบข้อมูล
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ สาขา การตลาด การจัดการ หรือ สาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office Word, Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. ทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน และมีความคล่องตัวในการประสานงาน
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่น
  8. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารจัดการวัสดุและสต็อกสินค้า (ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  9. มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
