Job Descriptions
Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Content Specialist who lives and breathes social. You’ll lead the creation of thumb-stopping short-form video content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts—while also managing relationships with influencers and KOLs. This is not just a content role—it’s a front-line voice of our brand! Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Create content calendars that align with brand campaigns and product drops Work closely with marketing and design to maintain visual and tonal consistency Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly to maximize reach and engagement KOL & Influencer Management Identify and recruit relevant micro and macro KOLs aligned with our brand values Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to performance reporting Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators Track performance, negotiate collaborations, and ensure ROI on influencer activity
Qualifications
  1. Thai citizen
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
  3. 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in startups or consumer brands
  4. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
  5. Proven ability to produce viral short-form videos (portfolio or social media handles required)
  6. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and creator culture
  7. Experience working directly with influencers and managing campaigns end-to-end
  8. Fluent in content planning, shooting, basic editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
  9. Creative, organized, and agile—able to pivot and execute fast
  10. Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  11. Familiarity with paid media and boosting organic content
  12. Ability to be on-camera or direct talent comfortably
