รายละเอียดงาน
-จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบในการผลิต
-Setup เครื่องจักรเเละ Tools
-สอนงานกับพนักงาน
-แก้ไขปัญหาการผลิต
-ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรให้พร้อมผลิตชิ้นงานอยู่เสมอ
-รายงานปัญหาการผลิตให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ
ติดตามการทำงานของทีมงาน
-สอนเเละเเนะนำการทำงานให้กับทีมงาน
-ให้คำปรึกษาและเเก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นของทีมงาน
ประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงาน
-ให้การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาควมสามารถของทีมงานด้านบริหารงานคุณภาพ
-ปฏิบัติตามระบบคุณภาพ IATF16949:2016 ,ISO14001
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ระดับ ปวส. ขึั้นไป สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดพื้นฐานได้
- มีความรู้เรื่องเครื่องจักรกล เครื่อง Machine
- มีความรู้เรื่องการใช้ Program g-code/ m-code
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft พื้นฐานได้
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
