Job Description: 1. Responsible for recruitment, including screening suitable resumes, coordinating with hiring departments, participating in interviews, related to freight forwarding company preferably. 2.Oversee employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws. 3. Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g..turnover rates, training effectiveness, absenteeism). 4. Qualifications

University education preferably majoring in human resources management, freight forwarding company experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably.
Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related statutory requirements
Hardworking, proactive, strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office user i.e Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English.
