Job Descriptions
1. Prepare a production plan, create a sequence and timeline for production to meet the delivery schedule based on sales forecasts or customer orders. 2. Analyze production conditions and machine capabilities, and calculate based on production steps and labor requirements. 3. Monitor production deviations from the plan and adjust the schedule for unforeseen conditions. 4. Prepare production reports, inventory reports, and waste material reports. 5. Manage the receipt and issuance of raw materials in accordance with the production control process. 6. Control and manage the storage of finished products and raw materials according to the FIFO system and work procedures. 7. Prepare purchase requests for sub-raw materials and packaging materials. 8. Coordinate and manage the monthly stock check. 9. Develop and improve the production control process. 10. Be effective in communication and coordination with relevant departments. Raw Material Import Planning 1. Develop a production plan. 2. Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to the plan. 3. Inspect and control finished goods inventory (FG). 4. Inspect and control the issuance of raw materials in the production process.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female , Age 27 years old up
  2. At least 5years experience of production management of automobile industry as Tier1 or Tire2.
  3. Production management such as data entry and data management.
  4. Inventory manage, Raw materials manage, production schedule, from 2nd process with final inspection
  5. Communication ust need English specker written skill
