Job Descriptions
-Responsible for the production preparation management of new models and new products, organize the formulation of company-level production quasi-plans, monitor progress and promote solutions to process problems, and ensure on-time SOP - Responsible for the organization, management and implementation of the conversion projects involved in the internal company of the module and each workshop of the company - Responsible for product adjustment between factories and eliminate process logistics waste - Responsible for the company's production capacity management, calculate the production capacity load of each workshop/line body according to the annual and monthly demand plan, formulate safeguard measures for the unsatisfied equipment/line body organization and continuously monitor and manage - Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of outsourced products due to insufficient production capacity and production process. - Responsible for summarizing and analyzing the achievement of the production plan, and formulating effective control measures to ensure the achievement of various indicators -Responsible for analyzing and managing workshop production indicators, and continuously improving the production management and control process to ensure the achievement of indicators - Responsible for monitoring the production progress of each workshop in the company, collecting abnormal information in the process and organizing and coordinating the processing of relevant departments to ensure the normal production of each workshop -Responsible for organizing regular production meetings, comprehensively developing problems, and ensuring the full implementation of problems within the cycle - Prepare various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure timely and effective delivery of production data.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  2. At least 3-5 Years experience in production and material planning preferably in Automotive industry
  3. Good personality with excellent communication
  4. Positive attitude, mature, analytical thinking and self-initiative
  5. Good command of English both spoken and written
  6. Have personal leadership and drive for result
  7. Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and Power Point program
  8. Have knowlage syatem SAP/MES/MRP
