Overall Job Purpose: Handling Panel Engagement Tasks that related to Panellist Data, Update, Processing, and Reporting, also Engagement Activities that includes incentives process and engagement activities. The objective is to make sure all the process related to Panellist data and engagement are well run-in place with already available internal tools. Responsibilities: 1.Panel Data: Make sure all Panellist Data process run in place. 2.Panel Data Tools: Do necessary scripting for the tools improvement. 3.Panel Engagement Understanding: Understand the logic on how to engage with Panelist (respondents). 4.Core Competencies: U•Understand basic knowledge on how data works.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or Higher in any field
  2. Familiar with SQL scripting – Mandatory skill
  3. A good understanding of data processing and scripting
  4. Able to read and write in English – intermediate level
  5. Friendly with good interpersonal skill and positive growth mindset.
  6. Strong initiative problem-solving skills.
  7. Client (panellists) oriented mindset.
