-ขัดเหล็กที่เกิดจากเครื่องกัดเหล็กให้ได้ผิวตามที่กำหนด -การขัดงานต้องใช้ความละเอียดรอบครอบในการทำงาน -การขัดงานต้องใช้สายตาในการตรวจสอบงานในทุกขั้นตอน -การปรับแผนงานการขัดงานมีเกิดขึ้นประจำต้องปรับตัวได้ -ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานร่วมกับหัวหน้าให้ได้คุณภาพถูกต้ง -ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมืขัดให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ -รับคำสั่งและปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับคำสั่งจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.3 - ปวช.(พิจารณาตามประสบการณ์และสอนงานให้ได้)
  2. เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 38 ปี
  3. ใช้เครื่องมือวัดได้ เวอร์เนีย, ไมโครมิเตอร์ และ ไดอัลเกจ
  4. อ่านแบบได้ มีความละเอียดและรอบคอบ
  5. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาวันธรรมดาและวันหยุดได้
  6. สามารถทำงานเข้ากะ 12 ชั่วโมง ต่อ กะได้
  7. มีความซื่อสัจต์สุจริตต่อการทำงาน
  8. มีความคิดเห็นที่ดี มีความเคารพผู้อื่นและผู้บังคับบัญชา
