Job Descriptions

1. Transportation Management • Plan and optimize transportation routes for efficiency. • Coordinate with shipping companies, logistics service providers, and relevant stakeholders. • Monitor and track shipment statuses to ensure timely deliveries. 2.Documentation & Compliance • Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and invoices. • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies. • Handle customs clearance and import/export documentation if required.

Qualifications

Male or Female, 25-35 years old.
Nationality: Thai Only.
Bachelor Degree in administration, business management or similar fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience in import-export in manufacturing industry, especially consumer electronics products and medical devices.
Proficient in ERP/MRP operation.
Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
Have knowledge of import-export system and have knowledge of BOI system.
Good command on written and spoken English; Chinese speaking is a plus.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
