Job Descriptions
1. Daily payment of actual expense.
2. Suppliers oversea/domestic payment as the schedule.
3. Withholding TAX (PND 3,53,54,36) Certificate and Report.
4. Cooperate with other sections for payment.
5. Cooperate with bank.
6. Billing acceptance from Venders.
7. Monitor and control petty cash and monthly report.
8. Received bank.
9. Cash and Bank Balance.
10. Others task as assigned.
Qualifications
- Female only / Age 27- 35 Yrs.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Experience 3 years up in Finance Officer position.
- Be able to make a report and E-mail in English.
- Experience in SAP is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, ERP, Teams.
- Enthusiastic, punctual, highly responsible.
