Job Descriptions

1. Daily Market Monitoring - Visit key fruit export hubs at the Thailand border daily. - Check and record real-time fruit prices from local traders and exporters. 2. Price & Market Data Management - Update fruit prices accurately on the HAROCT app. - Track price fluctuations and report key trends to the HAROCT team. 3. Trade Coordination & Execution - Facilitate the purchase and sale of Thai fruits through the HAROCT app. - Ensure smooth communication between Thai sellers and Malaysian buyers. - Verify product quality and ensure accurate fulfillment of orders. 4. Compliance & Integrity - Maintain transparency and honesty in all price reporting and trade activities. - Follow HAROCT’s trade guidelines to ensure fair transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, mass communication, marketing, international business.
Good command in English of reading, speaking, listening and writing (TOEIC 650 above)
Great ability and skills in communication with people both inside and outside the organization with good human relations.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
Experience in engaging with customers through social media platforms (Facebook, Line) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and influence
Age 20- 35 years old
Technology-savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for data entry, communication, and trade coordination.
Prior experience in agricultural trading, logistics, or cross-border commerce is an advantage.
Resides near or willing to work at the Thailand-Malaysia border (Sadao region).
Proactive, fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
