Job Descriptions
- รับผิดชอบ การติดตั้ง ช่วยเหลือ สนับสนุน และแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้ ทั้งในส่วน Hardware, Software, ระบบโทรศัพท์, ระบบเครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ประสานงาน ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขการทำงานของกล้อง CCTV และอุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพ - อบรมให้ความรู้กับพนักงานเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมการใช้งานต่างๆ และความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ - สามารถเขียนโปรแกรม Appsheet (No code platform) ได้ หรือสามารถเรียนรู้การเขียนหรือการใช้งานด้วยตนเองได้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ เทศโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
  4. สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้พอสมควร
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Officeได้ดี
  6. สามารถเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และมีใจบริการ
  8. รับผิดชอบ การติดตั้ง ช่วยเหลือ สนับสนุน และแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้ ทั้งในส่วน Hardware Software Network PABX
  9. มีประสบการณ์ในงาน IT Support หรือเขียนโปรแกรม 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  10. สามารถเขียน Program Appsheet ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  11. อบรมให้ความรู้พนักงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมและความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
