•Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
•Set and track individual and team sales targets to ensure all goals are met or surpassed.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives to drive business growth.
•Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure strategic alignment and optimize product offerings.
•Execute sales activities across various online retail channels, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Facebook, LINE OA, Shopee, and TikTok, as well as through authorized distributors.
•Accurately generate and manage sales orders using the company’s internal system.
•Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers to assess their skincare needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
•Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
•Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
•Provide ongoing post-sales support by following up with customers regarding product usage and satisfaction.
•Collect and analyze customer feedback and emerging market trends to inform future sales strategies and contribute to product development.
•Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
•Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for presentation to senior management.
