Job Descriptions
1. Comply with company regulations 2. Understand the ISO system and be able to operate it correctly, including other additional systems that have been developed 3. Supervise subordinates to comply with the rules, regulations and work requirements of the work site 4. Production planning - Plan machinery, tools and equipment to be consistent with the production line - Study manuals, machinery, tools and equipment - Design, Follow the production process and Analysis of production processes, error prevention systems in the process 5. Production Control - Collect the causes of machine and equipment failures, including preventive solutions. - Prepare and inspect production processes, including the use and control of statistical data. - Solve production problems, analyze problems and plan to prevent recurrence. - Prepare and control production equipment - Quality control and monitoring in production, including production certification - Check, control and follow up the production of New Model, Trial Run - Check, control and monitor the use of Jig & Equipment. - Create, inspect, control and monitor machinery, tools and equipment programs. - Collect, inspect, maintain and prepare engineering documents. 6. Reporting/Informing/Consulting (HO REN SO) - Report / inform / consult on daily / weekly / monthly production operations. - Report / inform / consult about any abnormalities or problems found. 7. General Management - Promote and support the following 1. 5S 2. Safety 3. 5M 4. kaizen 5. Teamwork - Carry out activities in accordance with the company's policies and participate in the company's activities as assigned. - Approve leave, penalty - Others as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
  2. At least 1 years of working experience
  3. Experience in process simulations and working knowledge of process engineering software packages.
  4. Familiarity with CAD or AutoCAD.
  5. Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. If you can communicate in Chinese, it will be given special consideration.
