Job Descriptions
- Proactively identify and research potential vendors and suppliers, including interior design firms, material providers, and specialized service providers. - Develop and implement strategies for recruiting high-quality vendors and suppliers to meet VESTA’s project needs. - Conduct thorough evaluations of potential vendors, assessing their capabilities, quality standards, and pricing. - Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Architecture/Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At Least 3 years working experience in vendor management, sourcing, procurement, or value engineering preferably in the interior design or construction industry
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Knowledge of interior design & construction materials, products, and industry trends is an advantage
  6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
