Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนการเบิกวัตถุดิบ การและบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการผลิต
2. ตรวจสอบ ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งาน
3. ติดตามและควบคุมประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการผลิตให้ได้ตาม KPI
4. ติดตามและควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิตให้สอดคล้องตามแผนควบคุมการผลิต
5. อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร ( Food science) / เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร ( Food Technology ) หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมการผลิตนม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ/อายุ
- ประสบการณ์ 0-1 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, GMP, หรือ HACCP
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร (Communication Skills)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้
- มีความอดทนและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
