Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำเอกสารใบวางบิล ใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ ใบมัดจำ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และจัดทำหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 2.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ supplier (สำหรับวางบิลลูกค้า) 3.เช็ค Bank Statement กระทบยอด เพื่อลงบัญชี (โปรแกรม Express) 4.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร 5.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย ประจำงวด 6.บันทึกรายการบัญชีที่เกิดขึ้น (รับ-จ่าย) ของระบบบัญชีต่างๆในบริษัทฯอย่างถูกต้อง (โปรแกรม Express) 7.จัดเตรียมเอกสารส่งไปรษณีย์และตามเอกสารต่างๆกับลูกค้า 8.จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย 9.ทำจ่ายผู้รับเหมาวงจร 2 รายย่อย 10.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานและผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี การเงิน การบัญชี การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในเรื่องการเงิน การบัญชี พื้นฐาน
  4. ***สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel ได้ดี (VLOOKUP , PIVOT )
  5. *** ปฏิบัติงาน ณ อาคาร วานิสสา (BTS ชิดลม)
