Job Descriptions

- Plan the maintenance of machinery. - Summarize the results of the monthly machine maintenance data tracking to reduce machine downtime. - Provide advice and consultation to Technicians, Team Leaders, Document Controllers, and staff. - Support various activities within the department. - Control the manpower in the department. - Act as the department manager in case the department manager is unable to perform their duties. - Monitor and oversee the maintenance and production processes. - Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments and teams, and participate in meetings. - Distribute and adhere to the company policies. - Create machinery and equipment when necessary. - Transfer technical knowledge to Foremen, Leaders, and Operators. - Communicate and adhere to the quality policy. - Follow quality-related requirements assigned by the manager. - Ensure that employees follow the quality manual. - Define the details of the action plan and implement it. - Provide consultation and support in repairing and improving machinery to the Breakdown team. - Collaborate and analyze problems to find preventive measures against machinery breakdown. - Provide ideas, skills, and knowledge to department staff. - Monitor and evaluate performance according to the action plan. - Review and control documents related to operations. - Control the execution of operations based on the action plan. - Other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications

Graduated with a Diploma (Associate Degree) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Automation system, SCADA).
Knowledge in reading and drafting mechanical parts and electrical system drawings.
At least 3 years of experience in basic management.
At least 3 years of experience in standards-related work (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, PSM).
