Snomaster Technology Thailand Co., LTD is looking for a The Sales (Order follow up/after service) role is responsible for managing local distribution, order follow-ups, local deliveries, spare parts supply, and customer communication. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Cooperate to solve product quality problems of Customers such as quality problems visit, take photos and write reports. Key Responsibilities: • According to the sales orders from the headquarters, inspect the inventory in the SMT warehouse (TS) and collaborate with the OQC for goods inspection • According to the shipping instructions of the PO and SMT staff of the Thai customer, the shipment is arranged from the TS warehouse. • When a customer complains about a product issue, we will visit the customer's site to inspect the problem, submit a CCR complaint report, handle it on the spot, drive to the customer's location, and replace (move) the machine. • Visit customers regularly and send reports to the sales manager at the headquarters. ความรับผิดชอบหลัก • ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังในคลังสินค้า SMT (TS) ตามใบสั่งขายจากสำนักงานใหญ่ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพขาออก (OQC) เพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า • จัดเตรียมการจัดส่งสินค้าจากคลังสินค้าของโรงงาน Seitek International (Thailand) Co., LTD ตามคำแนะนำการจัดส่งของใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และพนักงาน SMT ของลูกค้าชาวไทย • เมื่อลูกค้ามีข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้า เข้าตรวจสอบหน้างาน จัดทำรายงานข้อร้องเรียน (CCR Report) ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา ณ จุดเกิดเหตุ เดินทางไปยังสถานที่ของลูกค้า และดำเนินการเปลี่ยนหรือเคลื่อนย้ายผลิตภัณฑ์ • เยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้าเป็นประจำ และจัดส่งรายงานให้กับผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายที่สำนักงานใหญ่

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, B2B sales, logistics, or customer service, preferably in refrigeration, home appliances, or related industries.
Male / Female, under 40 years old and in good health.
Must be able to communicate in Thai and Chinese. (Thai and English speakers will be given next priority.)
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of the Thai market, key customer segments and electrical products or home appliances
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in data tracking and KPI reporting.
Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experienced drive.
