Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลรับผิดชอบ/ติดตาม/ตรวจสอบ PR จากผู้ต้องการใช้งาน
2. ประสานงานผู้ค้าเพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา
3.ดำเนินการเจรจาต่อรอง รวมถึงคัดเลือกผู้ค้าที่มีความเหมาะสม
4.ดำเนินการเรื่องเปรียบเทียบราคาสินค้าหรือข้อตกลงเงื่อนไขต่างๆ กับผู้ขาย
5.จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ PO เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติ รวมถึงติดตาม PR/PO ประสานงานหน่วยงานบัญชี/การเงิน
6.หาและคัดเลือกผู้ขายรายใหม่ๆ (Supplier)
7.ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้า หรือวัสดุอุปกรณ์ก่อนส่งมอบให้กับหน่วยงานภายใน
8.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 22– 35 ปี
- ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft เบื้องต้นได้
- มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
