Job Descriptions
- Develop and set up websites and paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads, Google SEO/SEM, TikTok Ads, and marketplace platform ads (Shopee, Lazada, Line Shopping, etc.), ensuring efficient spending and a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). - Monitor and optimize A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign performance to meet target group objectives. - Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and improve landing pages. - Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports. - Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. - Collaborate with creative and administrative teams to develop effective ad creatives. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign management and optimization
  3. Proficient in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  5. Strong creative and copywriting skills to develop engaging ad content
  6. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
