-ตรวจความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
-บันทึกลงระบบ
-แยกเอกสาร,จัดเก็บ
-ทำรายงานการวางบิล และนัดชำระ
2.โอนเงิน
-ตรวจสอบใบเบิก
-บันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบธนาคาร
-ส่งสลิปแจ้งหลังโอนเงิน
-ทำรายงานบันทึกการโอนเงิน
-ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงิน
3.Relcost
-ตรวจความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
-กระทบยอด ,ทำคืนเงิน
-อัพโหลดเอกสารเข้าระบบ
-ติดตามเอกสารที่ไม่ได้รับ
4.ออกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
-บันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ
Qualifications
- สัญชาติไทย
- ทุกเพศ
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี/ภาษี/การเงิน
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
